1. Does your membership auto-renew?
After your desired membership term (3, 6 or 12 months) your membership would go month-to-month until you wish to cancel. We kindly ask you to give us a 30 day notice to avoid any future auto-drafts.
2. Can I miss 1 month?
The credit transfers over to the next month if there is an unexpected situation. You are only allowed to skip/reschedule 1-2 times and not more than that. ( Only valid for 6-12 months plan)
3. Can I use the credits towards products or gift cards or products?
Credits can only be used towards the services.
3. Can I cancel the plan before the term is over?
If you need to cancel before your term ends, a $99 early cancellation fee will apply. Additionally, any member discounts you received during your membership must be reimbursed.
1. Can a family member use my membership as well?
No, we do not allow that.
