Important Membership Terms
- Consultation Deposit: A $100 consultation is required before joining. This deposit never expires and can be applied toward your first membership month, retail products, or any future services at Micromoon.
- Founding Member Rates: Limited to first 25 members only. Lock in your rate for life as long as membership stays active.
- No Refunds/Credits: If you choose a lower-value facial than your tier allows, there are no refunds or credits. You're paying for access to higher-value treatments.
- Commitment: 6-month minimum commitment required. After 6 months, continues month-to-month. Cancel with 7 days notice.
- Gifting Facials: Email [email protected] at least 48 hours before appointment to set up gifting. Available 3 times per calendar year for Tier 2 & 3 members.
- 12-Month Bonus: Commit to 12 months upfront to receive Welcome Kit + 1 FREE facial + 50% off month 13.
