We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of CA$50.00.
Cancellation Policy for Facial Business:

At our business, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate the scheduling needs of our clients and our team, we have the following cancellation policies in place for facial appointments:

Facial Appointment
a. Cancellation or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the appointment will not incur any charges.
b. Cancellation or rescheduling requests made under 48 hours before the treatment time will be charged $50 (deposit money).
c. No-shows or failure to cancel/reschedule appointments will result in a 100% charge of the total service fee.

Membership Appointments
Rescheduling or Cancelling:
Members can cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours before the appointment without any charges.
You are allowed to skip one month, and your credit will stay on your account without expiring. However, credits can only be transferred once or twice in a 6-month term, and three times in a 12-month term.
Early cancellation of membership will incur a CA$100 fee, and all member discounts received must be repaid.
Credits are non-transferable and can only be used for your services.
No-shows or failure to cancel/reschedule will result in a 100% charge of the total service fee.
Late Arrivals
Policy for Late Arrivals:
Clients arriving late will receive the remaining time of their scheduled appointment but will be charged the full-service fee.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled and considered a no-show, resulting in a 100% charge of the total service fee.
Special Circumstances
Considerations for Special Circumstances:
In cases of illness, emergency, or extreme weather conditions, cancellations or rescheduling requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Proper documentation or proof may be required for consideration.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating cancellations or rescheduling. However, we kindly request our clients to provide adequate notice to avoid any inconveniences. Our cancellation policy ensures the availability of our services to all valued clients and maintains the efficiency of our business operations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
